This screen is used to assign an administrative role to a user.

Administration Roles

There are two layers of administrator:

  • Site Administrator - This type of administrator has full reign over everything, both administratively and while uploading, downloading and deleting files. You can have multiple site administrators, and for auditing purposes it is always recommended that each site administrator have their own username and password.
  • Team Manager - This type of administrator is limited to one Team. He or she has the administrative ability to create and manage users, create and manage folders and assign permissions and has full upload, download and delete permissions within every folder -- but only within their Team. Every user or folder created by a Team Manager is automatically part of his or her team.

Note: Team Managers will never see or be able to manage any other team's members of folders. However, you can have multiple managers of the same team.
