- Create the user if they don't already exist. If they already exist, navigate to that user who you wish to give an administrative role.
- Click on the Roles tab.
- Toggle on one of the following:
- Site Administrator - This role will have all rights to all folders and will be able to administer every aspect of the FTP site.
- Team Manager - This role will have all rights to all folders within a single team and will be able to administer all aspects of their team, such as creating users, creating folders, assigning access and setting up email notifications. They will have no access to any other team's users or folders.
