1. 1. Log in to the account as a site administrator.
2. Go to the Files section.
3. Select the directory you want to add access to.
4. Click the Access tab.
5. Place a check next to an existing user account that has the access you want to clone.
6. Click the Clone Access button.
7. Select the user account from the drop down that you want to give access to.
8. Click the save text to the right.
